Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math For Everyone!

As you know, the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted everyone, especially students from low-income households. The COVID-19 pandemic has magnified the social and educational disparities plaguing nearly 40 million Americans living in poverty.

Pink Space Theory is doing our part by making science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) learning opportunities through engaging hands-on activities available for everyone. Our service project —STEAM for Everyone, continues to provide access to quality STEAM activities for students attending Title 1 schools in Prince William County, Virginia. This month, we worked with Hendrick Honda and Fred’s Executive Auto to donate 111 Basketball Catapults - STEAM boxes for all of the 2nd graders attending Marumsco Hills Elementary in Woodbridge, Virginia. The Basketball Catapults will allow teachers to teach science concepts and enable students to learn about the science of sports and experiment with different angles and arcs until they become a hoop superstar!

Thank you, Hendrick Honda Woodbridge and Fred’s Executive Auto employees, for contributing to our cause!
